I work with adults facing a wide range of life challenges, with a particular focus on individuals seeking Biblically grounded Christian counseling within a trauma-informed therapy framework. I am especially well-suited to support self-motivated clients who desire thoughtful, faith-integrated care that honors both psychological healing and spiritual formation.

Together, we learn how to support that process, leading to greater clarity, emotional relief, and lasting renewal of the mind.

In our first session, we will clarify the concerns bringing you to therapy and establish a collaborative plan for our work together. From there, we focus on preparing and practicing trauma-informed strategies tailored to your goals—supporting a shift from survival toward strength, resilience, and wholeness.

Session Fee
Standard 50-minute session: $120

EMDR – Intensives (a self-pay offering)
3 hour session: $360

I am currently in-network with several insurance providers in GA, NC, VA, FL, including:

Billing and insurance are managed through Headway, a practice management platform that handles scheduling, payments, and claims. Once we decide to work together, Headway will email you a link to set up your account. You’ll be able to view your session cost in advance and verify your benefits directly through their client portal.

Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. No-shows or late cancellations will be charged the full session fee.

Important Notes
I do not provide the following services:

  • FMLA evaluations or documentation

  • Workers’ compensation claims

  • Fitness-for-duty assessments

  • Emotional support or service animal evaluations
